Rates are those quoted at the time of reservation and must be paid in full at time of invoice. Payments can be made by check payable to Able Dog, LLC or online by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. A $35 service fee will be charged for a returned check. Future payments after a returned check must be made by credit card.
You are more than welcome to add tips to the payment to recognize exceptional service. All tips go directly to the sitter and are greatly appreciated.
Daily sits are scheduled per a monthly service request. Standard sits are five (5) days or less and extended away sits are six (6) days or more that are not scheduled during a holiday period.
- Registration – $22, credited to first sit if booked within 30 days
- Base Rate Away – $22, up to two dogs and/or cats
- Base Rate Daily – $20, up to two dogs and/or cats
- Additional Dog – $4
- Additional Cat– $3
- Cage pet – $3
- Fish (10 gal or less) – $1
- Injection – $5
- Holiday – $7 per visit surcharge. Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 3 – 5, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving (Wed – Sun), and December 24th
- through January 1st.
- Key/lockbox pickup/return – $12
- Duplicate key – $5
- Emergency service – $27/half hour
Daily cancellation – at least 24 hours, credit applied to next scheduled visit
Standard/Extended Away cancellation – more than 48 hours, no charge; 48 – 24 hours, one visit; less than 24 hours, no refund
Holiday cancellation – more than five days, no charge; 5 – 2 days, two days of service; less than 2 days, no refund
Early return – Early returns are charged one day of service if notice is received at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
